The dealership then finds itself ranked #3 nationally when customer sales satisfaction scores are considered.
After winning Toyota's prestigious President's Award for the 19th consecutive year, Acton Toyota of Littleton becomes one of only 12 Toyota dealerships in the entire country to receive Toyota's most distinguished honor- membership to Toyota's President's Cabinet.
Limited to a maximum of only 12 dealerships nationally, this elite award recognizes a combination of operational superiority, high-volume sales and, most importantly, outstanding customer satisfaction performance. "This award truly represents those critical elements that drive Acton Toyota. I could not be happier with the recognition" remarks an elated Glenn Hoffman, Assistant General Manager of Acton Toyota.
In order to receive membership to Toyota's President's Cabinet, Acton Toyota had to first receive recognition as a Toyota Board of Governor's award winner, reserved for the top 60 sales volume Toyota dealerships in the entire country. It then had to qualify as a Toyota President's award winner, offered to only those Toyota dealership's that demonstrate superior sales performance with exceptional customer service.
Once Acton Toyota, along with approximately 40 other Toyota dealers nationwide, met these requirements Toyota ranked each based solely on their customer Sales Satisfaction Index scores. Only the top 12 would be fortunate enough to consider themselves part of Toyota's President's Cabinet. Acton Toyota ranked #3 for all Toyota dealerships across the entire country.

This marks the first time ever Acton Toyota has received this Toyota's most coveted and exclusive award. Moreover, it marks the first time a New England Toyota dealership, 72 dealerships in total, has earned all of Toyota's recognition awards for excellence in a single year.
The Littleton, Massachusetts dealership also is being recognized for achieving Sales Excellence, Parts Excellence, Service Excellence, Customer Relations Excellence, Board of Governors, Customer Services Advisory Board, in addition to President's Award and President's Cabinet.
