Everyone was very friendly and polite. There was no presure to buy or make a decision on a car. The staff genuinely wanted to help and answer any questions whether it be financial/loan questions or car questions. I'm actually looking forward to going back there for my oil change!

Jim Sullivan and Acton Toyota made the entire automobile buying experience a positive one. I told him what I wanted - he listened and asked questions when appropriate. I'm not comfortable driving with the salesman - Jim encouraged me to take the vehicle out for as long as I wanted while he stayed back at the showroom. The color and features on the RAV I wanted wasn't available in this area. He worked with a colleague to get it from another state. When it came down to discussing money, my husband asked him to please give us his best price. Jim was able to give us a great number without having to go through the "dance" of going back and forth to his manager.
Jim spent a lot of time working with me both before I purchased the car and on the pick up date to be sure my IPhone would work with the BlueTooth system.
I have always despised the entire automobile purchasing scene and written it off as an uncomfortable reality in life. Jim made it painless. I can't imagine buying a car from anyone else.

I have been a long-time Toyota owner. I had bought my previous Rav4 from this dealership. I decided to trade in my Rav and purchase a Camry. Scott was very helpful in making this happen quickly. I enjoyed the time I spent with Scott. He's like family. I was very happy with the deal he put together for me. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and Scott to anyone!

I had a great experience purchasing my 2005 Camry Solara from Bob Moran's Acton Toyota Used Car Annex. I felt that the pricing was fair, the trade in value was in line with the Kelley Blue Book value that I had researched before I went shopping. I had a no hassle experience buying my car ~ which I would say is a first!!
They let me take my time... and when I finally decided to buy the vehicle, they accomodated all of my requests, installing new brake pads, and cleaning the head lights, etc.

I drive up to Acton from RI, after speaking to John Bohr via phone and email. I test drove a preowned vehicle I was looking at, but after john's patience with my indecision and carting me around to test drive others, decided on a new yaris! I had a great experience with him, he was so helpful with all of my questions, and genuinely wanted me to leave happy with my decision. I couldn't be happier, with the car and the overall experience of buying! I didn't know it could be so easy going. Thank you John! And thanks Acton Toyota!

John helped us find the exact car I wanted. The car I wanted had just come out and most dealerships didn't have any on site and were waiting for the next shipments. Other dealers told us to stop looking and to just put down a deposit and order a car (and wait 60-90 days while it was being built). John kept looking for us and found the exact car (and color!) I wanted.

I was a reluctant buyer as I hate to make car payments. However, my truck was getting to the point where it was unreliable and costly. The experience of buying a vehicle is one of my least favorite things. I stopped at Acton Toyota after looking them up on the internet. I had heard good things about them and had contacted Tom Downing who sent me a brief introductory note. When I stopped in, I met Tom who showed me the available trucks. There was never any pressure. After discussing what might interest me, Tom was able to put together a price and financing package that was much better than I had seen elsewhere. At the end of the day, I had no reason not to buy. The treated me well on the trade in and had the new truck ready with no fuss. Overall, it was a good experience. Although I am back to making payments, it was a positive exchange.
