    Born and raised in Dayton, OH, I attended Holy Cross in Worcester, MA and received my B.A. in Economics in '04.  Afterwards, I decided to remain in Massachusetts and joined Acton Toyota in June '04 after learning of their stellar reputation for sales excellence and exceptional customer service focus.  I started as an Internet Sales Consultant in our Internet department, ActonToyota.com.  Now, I'm proud to help manage ActonToyota.com, which currently ranks #17 on Ward's 2010 e-Dealer 100 list for the top dealership Internet departments across the entire U.S.

    In my free time I enjoy snow skiing, running, cycling, and swimming.

    I joined the Acton Toyota family in January 2009.  My Toyota career began in January of 2007 at Bernardi Toyota in Framingham where I was a sales manager.  I strive to bring the best experience one can have while making the important decision of purchasing a vehicle,  whether this is your first car or your 100th corporate lease. 

    Since joining Toyota I have driven myself to gain the most knowledge about the vehicles that I can.  I am a Certified Expert in new and used vehicles.  In 2007, I was named one of the Toyota's walk around champions for the newly redesigned Tundra.  In 2009 upon the release of the 3rd Generation 2010 Prius, I became the 2010 Prius walk around champion amongst all Massachusetts area dealers.  I also recently earned the coveted "Hezzy Award" given by our owner Bob Moran for having the highest customer service rating among our sales staff. 

    I grew up in Wayland, MA and currently reside in Framingham. I was previously in the newspaper business at the Boston Herald for a decade.  I have been with my loving wife, Phyllis, for over ten years now.  We are the proud owners of a fun dog and cat.  When not working you may find me on your local golf course or softball field.

    Originally from Taiwan,  I now reside in Lexington, MA with my wife and children.  I speak both Mandarin and English. 

    Before working at Acton Toyota, I worked at Lexington Toyota in Lexington, MA for 1 year.

    I've can proudly say that I've spent the last 7 years at Acton Toyota, most of my time spent in the Internet Department.  I am an Expert Level Toyota Certified Sales Consultant.

    I own a 2004 Sienna LE AWD, 2008 Prius and 2008 RAV4.

    In my free time I enjoy watching movies and sporting events, and also traveling.

    Originally from Syracuse, NY, I currently live in Gardner, MA. 

    I have been in the automotive industry for a total of three years.  One was spent at Norm Wagner Toyota in Leominster, MA and the past two have been here at Acton Toyota of Littleton.  I am currently a Toyota Certified Expert Sales Consultant.

    I own a Toyota Camry and will purchase a Toyota Highlander in the not too distant future.

    Outside of work, I enjoy camping, kayaking, visiting the beach, and going to various concerts.

    Originally from Montevideo, Uruguay, I have been living in Leominster, MA for the past 7 years.

    I have been in the automotive industry for the past 3 years, which includes over 1 year experience here at Acton Toyota.  I have been a Toyota and Scion Certified Sales Consultant for the past two years and have now achieved the Certified Expert Sales Consultant level.

    My goal is to keep providing customers with the information they need to make their purchase the most enjoyable and comfortable automotive purchase experience ever.

    I am originally from Arlington, MA and currently live locally in Chelmsford.  I have worked professionally within the automotive industry since 1992.  Nearly all of the time has been on the retail side, however, I spent several years venturing into automotive publishing.  One of the more interesting Toyota projects I worked on was with author and Toyota enthusiast Moses Ludel and his piece The Toyota Truck & Land Cruiser Owner's Bible.

    I've worked for Bob Moran, owner of Acton Toyota of Littleton, for the last 6 years with a little more than one year here at Acton Toyota.  In that time, I've become a Toyota Certified sales representative.

    In my free time, I am a singer and songwriter.

    I currently live in Hudson, NH, but grew up in the Pelham, NH and Lowell, MA area.  I have been in the automotive industry for seven years, with six of them spent selling Toyota products.  I have been employed at Acton Toyota for 6 months and couldn't be happier. 

    I have been ranked Bronze Level in the Toyota Sales Society for Superior Performance and Customer Satisfaction.  I take great pride in my customer service satisfaction.      I'm very thankful that Acton Toyota provides me the tools and support needed to deliver all my customers an excellent purchase experience. 

    I currently drive a 2002 Toyota Camry and almost every member of my family owns a Toyota as well. 

    I enjoy spending my free time with my son watching various sporting events.

    I currently live in Woburn, MA, the same town where I was born and raised.

    I have a total of 9 years of professional automotive experience.  Prior to joining ActonToyota.com 3 months ago, Acton Toyota's Internet division, I worked for Lawless Jeep in Woburn, MA.  While I am now outside my "Woburn perimeter," I am very happy at Acton Toyota and look forward to many successful and enjoyable years here.

    Outside of work, I really enjoy spending my free time on the Ossippee Lake in New Hampshire with my wife, Meredith, and my daughter, Brooke.  For activities, I enjoy golf, snow skiing, boating, horseshoes, and scrabble.

    I currently live in Westford, MA.  I have lived there for nearly all my life (49 years total) growing up as a child and then raising my own family there as well.  

    After specializing in the technology sector for nearly 20 years, I transitioned over to the motorsports industry selling motorcycles, boats, personal watercraft, ATV's and snowmobiles.

    In February of this year my daughter came to Acton Toyota and bought her first new car, a Toyota RAV4.  The purchase was extremely pleasant and the dealership had a very low-pressure atmosphere.  I immediately went home and sent in my resume.

    A few weeks after having submitted my resume, I was hired as an Internet Sales Consultant at ActonToyota.com, Acton Toyota of Littleton's Internet sales division.  I haven't looked back since.

    Currently for Toyota's in my driveway besides my daughters RAV4, my wife drives a Prius.

    When not working, I love spending time with my wife Barbara and my children Erin and Bryan.  We like the beach, concerts, plays and comedy.  I also love motorcycling and spend as much time as I can riding or working on my vintage motorcycle. I also like going to watch motorcycle racing with the Loudon Road Race Series at New Hampshire International Speedway.

    Originally from Amherst, MA, I moved to Block Island R.I., attending school there through the 8th grade. I graduated from Stonehill College in 1992 and went to work with my father at the family owned ScupperJack's restaurant in Acton.
     
    After pursuing additional education from UMass Lowell and Rhode Island College, including a Master's degree in education, I settled in Rhode Island only to return to Massachusetts shortly thereafter to be with my now wife Shannon.

    I also returned to the customer service field that I have always been drawn to through years of restaurant work and seasonal work on Block Island, starting my Toyota career with Wellesley Toyota where I achieved Expert Certification for new car and truck sales as well as Gold level sales society recognition from Toyota.

    I joined Acton Toyota after 3 years at Wellesley and now have found a home in the Internet sales division, ActonToyota.com, working alongside the other professional sales team members that make Acton Toyota a leader in online auto sales.  It's also worth noting, I recently obtained the Master level certification from Toyota.

    Currently, Shannon and I live in Littleton with our 2 year old, Joseph, and newborn son.  In my off time, I enjoy being with family, visiting Block Island, and rooting for the Bruins, Patriots, and Red Sox.

    I was born and raised in Westminster, MA and currently reside in Boston. I attended Fitchburg State University and graduated in 2009 with a BFA in Communications Media. I've been employed by Acton Toyota for over 6 years, with 2+ years in my current position.

    When I'm not at work I'm snowboarding, BMX biking, snowmobiling, dirt biking, traveling, sports and modifying cars.
