    Born and raised in Dayton, OH, I attended Holy Cross in Worcester, MA and received my B.A. in Economics in '04.  Afterwards, I decided to remain in Massachusetts and joined Acton Toyota in June '04 after learning of their stellar reputation for sales excellence and exceptional customer service focus.  I started as an Internet Sales Consultant in our Internet department, ActonToyota.com.  Now, I'm proud to help manage ActonToyota.com, which currently ranks #17 on Ward's 2010 e-Dealer 100 list for the top dealership Internet departments across the entire U.S.

    In my free time I enjoy snow skiing, running, cycling, and swimming.

    I am originally from Burlington, Vermont and currently living in Danvers, MA. I have been working in the automotive industry for ten years and going on two years with Acton Toyota of Littleton.

     

    I am a Toyota Certified Expert, and working as an Internet Sales Manager here at Acton Toyota. I have owned two Toyota Camry LEs and still drive one today.

     

    When I'm not working, I enjoy playing golf, other sports, and spending time with my wife Michelle and daughter Brooke.

    Juliana Moreira works as an Internet sales consultant for Acton Toyota of Littleton's Internet Department, ActonToyota.com.

    Born in Sao, Brazil, Juliana moved to Leominster, MA eight years ago. Her entry into the automotive retail business began when she went to purchase a new Toyota vehicle for herself. After driving a hard bargain, Juliana was told by store management they would agree to the "deal" so long as she would agree to work there as a sales consultant. She agreed and quickly became a rising star thanks to her strong work ethic and customer-centric beliefs.

    After two short years as a sales consultant she was promoted to manage the Internet sales department for a large Toyota dealership. Then, Juliana was hired by Acton Toyota of Littleton to join their fast-growing Internet division, ActonToyota.com Again, Juliana quickly stood out as a lead performer for ActonToyota.com.

    Since 2006, she has been recognized as a member of Toyota Sales Society. This award is presented to a select group of sales consultants who achieve superior sales performance and exceptional customer satisfaction scores.

    Outside of work, Juliana is working on a Business Administration degree. Already fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, Juliana is also starting Italian classes to further her language diversity. Juliana also enjoys traveling and makes it a point to return home to Brazil once a year.

    Originally from Taiwan,  I now reside in Lexington, MA with my wife and children.  I speak both Mandarin and English. 

    Before working at Acton Toyota, I worked at Lexington Toyota in Lexington, MA for 1 year.

    I've can proudly say that I've spent the last 7 years at Acton Toyota, most of my time spent in the Internet Department.  I am an Expert Level Toyota Certified Sales Consultant.

    I own a 2004 Sienna LE AWD, 2008 Prius and 2008 RAV4.

    In my free time I enjoy watching movies and sporting events, and also traveling.

    My background has been in customer service related industries. I've worked as a Corporate Travel Planner and Commercial Property Manager; and even though property management is not about selling cars, it is very much about customer service and delivering a product in a professional manner.  I enjoy the customer interaction and helping folks find what works best for them.

    I am proud to be part of the Acton Toyota Team and especially the Internet Sales Division.  I work with customers and help them to find the right vehicle at a competitive price.
     
    I am a Toyota Certified Sales Consultant and a Truck Specialist. I personally drive a Tundra but can answer questions you might have on any Toyota model.
     
    I joined the Acton Toyota team three years ago and have never looked back as I can truly say I really love the work I do. When I'm not at work you can find me at the beach, hiking a trail, canoeing or even a good restaurant.

    Originally from the Greater Boston area, I now reside with my wife, in Framingham.

    Three years ago, I purchased a new Camry through the Acton Toyota Internet Department.  I was asked by the then Internet Director if I would like to sell cars here.  The process was so unique to me, at that time, that I came out of early retirement to sell Toyotas here in the Internet Department.  Through the University of Toyota's classes and educational seminars, a year later I became a certified Sales expert for Toyota .

    I was born and raised in Lowell, MA and have remained there my entire life.  I am a Veteran of the US Army,  and have worked in the Automotive Sales Industry for over 14 years and with Acton Toyota for over a year now.  

    It has been my pleasure to sell the Toyota product and especially the Toyota Certified Used Vehicles.  Since joining Acton Toyota of Littleton, I have become a Certified Toyota Sales representative.

    I have been in the automotive industry for a total of three years.  One was spent at Norm Wagner Toyota in Leominster, MA and the past two have been here at Acton Toyota of Littleton.  I am currently a Toyota Certified Expert Sales Consultant.

    I own a Toyota Camry and will purchase a Toyota Highlander in the not too distant future.

    Outside of work, I enjoy camping, kayaking, visiting the beach, and going to various concerts.

    I have been in the automotive industry for the past 3 years, which includes over 1 year experience here at Acton Toyota.  I have been a Toyota and Scion Certified Sales Consultant for the past two years and have now achieved the Certified Expert Sales Consultant level.

    My goal is to keep providing customers with the information they need to make their purchase the most enjoyable and comfortable automotive purchase experience ever.

    I am originally from Arlington, MA and currently live locally in Chelmsford.  I have worked professionally within the automotive industry since 1992.  Nearly all of the time has been on the retail side, however, I spent several years venturing into automotive publishing.  One of the more interesting Toyota projects I worked on was with author and Toyota enthusiast Moses Ludel and his piece The Toyota Truck & Land Cruiser Owner's Bible.

    I've worked for Bob Moran, owner of Acton Toyota of Littleton, for the last 6 years with a little more than one year here at Acton Toyota.  In that time, I've become a Toyota Certified sales representative.

    In my free time, I am a singer and songwriter.

    I currently live in Hudson, NH, but grew up in the Pelham, NH and Lowell, MA area.  I have been in the automotive industry for seven years, with six of them spent selling Toyota products.  I have been employed at Acton Toyota for 6 months and couldn't be happier. 

    I have been ranked Bronze Level in the Toyota Sales Society for Superior Performance and Customer Satisfaction.  I take great pride in my customer service satisfaction.      I'm very thankful that Acton Toyota provides me the tools and support needed to deliver all my customers an excellent purchase experience. 

    I currently drive a 2002 Toyota Camry and almost every member of my family owns a Toyota as well. 

    I enjoy spending my free time with my son watching various sporting events.

    I have a total of 9 years of professional automotive experience.  Prior to joining ActonToyota.com 3 months ago, Acton Toyota's Internet division, I worked for Lawless Jeep in Woburn, MA.  While I am now outside my "Woburn perimeter," I am very happy at Acton Toyota and look forward to many successful and enjoyable years here.

    Outside of work, I really enjoy spending my free time on the Ossippee Lake in New Hampshire with my wife, Meredith, and my daughter, Brooke.  For activities, I enjoy golf, snow skiing, boating, horseshoes, and scrabble.
