Our Service Department features a unique, climate controlled indoor service drop off and pick up area. High speed automatic opening doors sense your arrival and you simply drive right in and are greeted by friendly valets who will take your vehicle and guide you to an available Assistant Service Manager to write up your repair order. Your vehicle is in good hands...our 32 service bays are staffed with Toyota factory trained technicians who are surrounded by state-of-the-art equipment to promptly, properly, and efficiently service and/or repair your vehicle.
"I actually enjoy coming in for service. I love it when the service door pulls up when I drive up. Someone is jolly on the spot to meet me and send me to the service coordinator. And I get to read in the waiting room. For me, that's like being on vacation. They even have little swing out table tops so you can rest your book, or cup or whatever. There's a WI-FI room and TV, vending machine. It couldn't be much better if they came to your home."

Service has been exceptional every time (I've had my car serviced 9 times). Fast, friendly, efficient. I've been able to drop my car off as early as 6:30am. Prices are reasonable and have always been approximated ahead of time. I've never had to bring the car back - all problems have been fixed with one visit.
Additionally, Acton Toyota of Littleton has its very own café upstairs serving breakfast and lunch. In an unusual twist for auto dealerships, service customers are provided a coupon entitling them to a free meal at the dealership while their vehicle is being serviced.
