    As a Toyota Master Certified General Sales Manager, I am proud to lead a team of sales professionals with the like goal of keeping customers happy. 

    In my 18 years of automotive sales I have managed both import and domestic dealerships. With a focus on certified and used vehicle sales I actively take part in our used vehicle buying and appraisal processes.

    My automotive career started out with 7 years at a Honda store, but I have been converted.  I currently drive an Orange Scion XD Release series you may have seen if you've visited us at Scion events we sponsor such as Hot Import Nights. I have also owned a Scion XB but my all time favorite car remains my 2004 Prius.

    My family loves the Dual DVD headrests in our Toyota Highlander which make trips to Maine seem that much shorter for all of us.

    I am very New England, from my love of all seasons to my cautious nature. I grew up locally in Nashua, NH, and in my free time can be found riding boards or bikes of all sorts.

    I grew up in Medfield, MA and now reside in Concord, Mass.  I've been in the car business for fifteen years with over twelve of them with Ford and Lincoln Mercury before joining Acton Toyota. 

    I'm a Toyota Expert Sales Manager and Toyota Sales Excellence Award Winner.  Most importantly, I'm proud to be part of the best Toyota management team in New England.

    I enjoy time on Cape Cod fishing and boating with my loving family and friends.

    I grew up in St. Johnsbury, VT and now reside in Gardner, MA.  I have been in the automobile business for 12 years and all have been spent with Toyota.  I have 357 hours of Toyota training and I've achieved Master Certified Sales Manager, Toyota Sales Excellence, Toyota Truck Champion, and Toyota Accessory Champion while with Toyota.

    I'm proud to report I've spent 8 years with Acton Toyota of Littleton.  My previous Toyota employeers were Bernardi Toyota, Wellesley Toyota, and Berlin City Toyota.

    My first car was a 1981 Toyota Starlet.  I now drive a 2009 Toyota Corolla XRS.

    I enjoy spending time with my wife, Yvonne, and our two daughters, Abigail and Isabel.  We have three dogs and we enjoy roller blading and hiking as a family.

    I was born in Lowell Mass and grew up in Chelmsford Mass. I graduated from Chelmsford High in 1986 and then attended University of Lowell, currently UMass Lowell, graduating with a degree in Marketing.
     
    I currently live in Townsend Mass with my lovely wife Giovana and young son Alexander.
     
    I have worked in the automotive business for 26 years. I started as a part-time lot attendant while in High School. I then became a Sales Rep while attending college. After graduating from U Lowell I worked briefly for a local Ford Store until I found my home here at Acton Toyota of Littleton.
     
    I started at Acton Toyota in 1991 and achieved Gold Sales Society three times prior to being promoted to several different Management Positions throughout the years. I am currently the Toyota Certified Pre-Owned Sales Manager.
     
    I enjoy working with customers the Acton Toyota way, that is customer focused sales. We are honest, competitive and considerate of our customers and value their long term business. We strive to make customers for life that continue to return for service and bring their family and friends for the same treatment. I am fortunate to be working for the best manufacturer and an owner, fellow Management staff and associates that shares these values.
     
    I drove a 1985 Corolla during college, a 1995 Sienna LE SC Alltrac Van, a 1998 4Runner SR5, a 1999 4Runner LTD, a 1999 Lexus RX300, a 2005 Toyota Prius, a 2008 Toyota Prius and currently drive a 2010 Toyota Prius lV and my wife has a 2005 Sienna XLE LTD AWD Van.
     
    Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, visiting my wife's home country of Bolivia, mountain biking, Skiing, music, dinning out and following the New England Patriots and Boston Celtics!

    Born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, I grew up in Miami, FL.  Today my wonderful wife and I reside in Fitchburg, MA where we raise three beautiful boys.

    I began my automotive career cleaning cars as part of Acton Toyota's detail shop in 2004.  After a year of reliable service and hard work, I was promoted to a lot attendant position.  After another year of hard work, I became an Internet Sales Consultant.      With my latest promotion, I now hold the title of Scion Sales Manager at Acton Toyota.

    I am happy to help all residents considering a car, truck, or SUV whether they are part of the Boston metro-west area or elsewhere within Massachusetts and New England.  I have reached the Toyota Certified Expert level with 216 hours of product knowledge.  I am very well suited to answer any questions you have regarding new or certified used Toyota or Scion vehicles.  Moreover, I am very familiar with various models outside of Toyota including Honda, Acura, Nissan, Infinity, and Lexus.

    I have owned three different Toyota vehicles including the Toyota Sienna, Toyota Celica, and Scion xB.

    Outside of work, my hobbies include spending time with my family, snowmobiling, four-wheeling, and attending various Scion events.

    I am a Toyota Certified Expert and I've owned a total of five Toyotas.  I currently have two Camrys, one with 200,000 miles on it.

    In my free time, I enjoy fishing and the great outdoors.

    Growing up in Lowell, MA, I am a Massachusetts local currently residing in Boxborough, MA.  I am a veteran of the US Navy having served aboard the Battleship New Jersey and as a boat Captain in the Brown Water Navy aboard LCM865.  I'm also a former dispatcher for the Massachusetts State Police.  I am a member of both the Former Mass State Troopers Association and the Concord Elks.

    I started in the auto industry working for Bob Moran at what is now Colonial Chevrolet in Acton, Mass.  I'm also one of the original employees of Acton Toyota when it opened in September 1989. After having spent time in Manchester New Hampshire at AutoFair specializing in leasing and at Ira Lexus of Manchester, I decided to rejoin Acton Toyota in Oct. '08 with the launch of their new Littleton facility.

    I am a Certified Expert in both new and Certified pre-owned Toyotas and I look forward to helping you achieve your vehicle goals.

    Originally from the Lancaster and York areas of Pennsylvania, I am happy to now call Acton, MA home.

    I have spent 7 years in the automobile business with 2 years at Lexus and the remaining 5 at Toyota.  All 5 years with Toyota have been with Acton Toyota.

    With my 5 years experience, I am very knowledgeable regarding all Toyotas, particularly the Toyota Camry.  That is because I am the proud owner for a 2005 Toyota Camry SE V6.

    In my free time, I enjoy playing golf and basketball, reading, and partaking in fantasy football.

I started my career in the automotive business at Bernardi Honda for five years, and have been here at Acton Toyota for the past seventeen years.

I have had the pleasure of visiting the Toyota assembly plant in Princeton, Indiana as a Truck Champion to have a firsthand look at the true dedication Toyota's employees have in producing the most reliable vehicles on the planet.

    I currently drive a 2005 4Runner Limited and can personally assure you it is the best vehicle purchase I have ever made.

    As far as Hobbies go, I enjoy skiing, playing pool, snowmobiling and pretty much anything to do with traveling. I recently visited the Bahamas and Costa Rica.

    He's been in the car business for 7 years.  He previously worked for Ron Bouchard's Auto Stores in Fitchburg and Colonial Cheverolet in Acton before joining Acton Toyota 2 years ago.  You may have seen him over the years at Gould's Clothing in Acton, MA where he worked for 23 years.

    John is Toyota Certified at the Expert level.  He drives a 1998 Toyota 4Runner with 164,000 miles.

    John is proud to call himself a former U.S. MARINE.  He enjoys time with his family, traveling to Brazil with his lovely wife, Fatima, and playing golf whenever he can.

    My name is Jim Piazas and I am originally from the Greater Lowell area, but currently living in Pelham, NH. I have been working in the automotive industry for 23 years, 19 of which I have spent at Acton Toyota of Littleton as a showroom salesman.

    I joined the Acton Toyota family in January 2009.  My Toyota career began in January of 2007 at Bernardi Toyota in Framingham where I was a sales manager.  I strive to bring the best experience one can have while making the important decision of purchasing a vehicle,  whether this is your first car or your 100th corporate lease. 

    Since joining Toyota I have driven myself to gain the most knowledge about the vehicles that I can.  I am a Certified Expert in new and used vehicles.  In 2007, I was named one of the Toyota's walk around champions for the newly redesigned Tundra.  In 2009 upon the release of the 3rd Generation 2010 Prius, I became the 2010 Prius walk around champion amongst all Massachusetts area dealers.  I also recently earned the coveted "Hezzy Award" given by our owner Bob Moran for having the highest customer service rating among our sales staff. 

    I grew up in Wayland, MA and currently reside in Framingham. I was previously in the newspaper business at the Boston Herald for a decade.  I have been with my loving wife, Phyllis, for over ten years now.  We are the proud owners of a fun dog and cat.  When not working you may find me on your local golf course or softball field.

    I've been at Acton Toyota of Littleton for a little less than one year and in that time I've achieved Toyota Certification.  I consider myself very fortunate to work here and I'm very happy to work at such at successful and customer-centric dealership.

    I started working for Acton Toyota of Littleton in September of 2009.  Prior to working in the automotive business I owned my own jewelry and wholesale gem business.  While working with jewelry and gems I would travel from state to state and attend all of the gem and jewelry shows. 

    I settled down in New England in 1989.  For the next several years I continued to operate my own business until I decided to enter the automotive industry in 1995. 

    I worked for Ira Toyota and later transferred to Ira Lexus of Danvers.  I decided to take a short break from automotive sales and opened yet another business in Lowell, MA before returning to automotive sales as a Sales Consultant for Acton Toyota of Littleton.
