Acton Toyota of Littleton and Koch Route 2 Toyota are seeking two Full-time Registry Clerks to join our team.

EVR CERTIFIED Preferred but not required.

We are a DRIVE dealership enabling us the opportunity to process many of MA vehicle registrations in-house. Completing more than 200 registrations in house each month at both locations.

We are a fast-paced dealership whose growth has been the result of our unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service.

Candidates must possess a positive attitude, team-first mentality, and strong attention-to-detail, especially while working under pressure.

The candidate must be presently certified to register vehicles by The Commonwealth of Massachusetts or have the ability to become certified.

Job Responsibility

Communicate with insurance companies to ensure a proper stamped RTA is received to process transactions
Process all new and used vehicle registrations in-house through DealerTrack’s software
Light accounting entries for daily ACH of registration fees, reimbursement checks to customers, and checks for out of state registrations.
Support the sales staff as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
